Meet Lauren
My work with children, adolescents, and adults aims to provide them with the support and tools they need to navigate life from a different lens, while they gain confidence and peace through their journey. I work to help others discover their best selves in the world around them, and I am very passionate about assisting them along the way.

In my spare time, I enjoy participating in cooking, sports activities, working out, hiking, and planning events.
